What Is Somatic Breathwork?

Somatic Breathwork is a powerful, evidence-informed practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to access parts of your nervous system that talk therapy alone can't always reach.

The word "somatic" means body-based. Unlike traditional meditation, Somatic Breathwork works directly with the body's stored experiences — the tension, the tightness, the emotions that haven't been fully processed — and uses breath as the vehicle to move through them.

The result is a deep release. A reset. A return to clarity and ease that can last long after the session ends.

Each session is a guided journey. Sean holds the space — you simply follow your breath.

Arrive & Ground

Sessions begin with a brief grounding practice to help you arrive fully — settling into your body and setting an intention for your experience.

The Breathwork Journey

Guided by Sean, you'll move through intentional breathing patterns while lying comfortably on your mat. Music, presence, and breath do the work — you just surrender.

Integration & Rest

Every session closes with time to integrate — to let the body absorb the work and the mind come back gently. This is where the real transformation takes root.
